False Creek Pure Dental

       My name is Yanbin Xu, the owner of False Creek Pure Dental .  

 

         I was born in China and attended the prestigious

College of Stomatology at West China University of Medical Sciences in Sichuan where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of Dentistry with the best marks in my year in 1989.

 

         I practiced and taught dentistry at West China

University for several years before I completed  my PhD in Prosthodontics at Asahi University of Japan in 2000. Then, I became an Associate Professor at the Dental Implant Hospital of West China University.

 

        After completed my DMD at the UBC School of Dentistry, I worked as an associate in several dental offices in Burnaby and Vancouver.  Now, I own The Dentists at Metrotown with Dr. Sidhu and Dr. Zanjanian.

 

       I believe  that the  Prevention and Patient comfort are two most important factors in modern Dentisty.  This dream clinic “False Creek Pure Dental” opend in April of 2014.  It is a combination of my  wealth of experience in every aspect of dentistry with the new concept and technology.  Such techniques include Minor Trauma Wisdom Teeth Extraction, new types of implants, and using Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) to accelerate healing in implants and surgical procedures.  The most Iconic  arsenol is the Zeiss Dental Microscope.  Microscope for general practioner is the highest standard to insure the perfection.  In my new office, you can live view what I am doing  under the microscope. The new painfree injection technique (dental vibe and Wand STA) can provide better patient comfort and safety.        

 

     In my off time, I love to jog in the forest and climb the Grouse Grind with my wife and son. Recently, I have also picked up kayaking and paddle boarding.
